These terms govern your use of the Kepler-442 website, waitlist, referral program, and free tools (Studio demo, Architect, and the hardware cost estimator). By using them you agree to these terms. Kepler-442 is currently pre-launch; separate terms will govern the full product when it ships.
The waitlist
Joining the waitlist is free and creates no obligation on either side. A waitlist place is not a guarantee of access by any particular date. Early-member benefits (like launch discounts) will be communicated by email and may be refined before launch.
The referral program
Referral rewards are meant for sharing Kepler-442 with real people. Self-referrals, bot signups, disposable-email farming, or any other manufactured referrals may result in rewards being withheld and entries removed. Reward tiers may be adjusted before launch; earned tiers will be honored in spirit.
Free tools and AI output
Studio, Architect, and the cost estimator are provided as-is, free, and may be rate-limited, changed, or paused at any time while we are pre-launch.
AI-generated designs, simulations, and cost estimates are informational starting points — not engineering certification, manufacturing guarantees, or professional advice. Always validate a design with qualified engineers and physical testing before manufacturing or selling it.
Your content
You keep ownership of the ideas, prompts, and designs you create. You grant us the limited license needed to process and store them so the product works. Designs you choose to publish to the public Gallery are visible to other visitors.
Acceptable use
- Don’t use the tools for anything unlawful or to infringe others’ rights.
- Don’t attempt to disrupt, overload, scrape, or reverse-engineer the service.
- Don’t misuse the referral program (see above).
Our content
The Kepler-442 platform, brand, logo, and site content belong to us. Press and partners may use the brand assets on the Press & brand page to refer to Kepler-442 accurately.
Disclaimers and liability
The website and free tools are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kepler-442 is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site or free tools, including decisions made based on AI-generated output.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Kerala, India.
